On March 3, 2025 the WBMD manager announced the March 6, 2025 meeting
and distributed the agenda:
The meeting took place as scheduled at 9AM on Thursday, March 6,
2025. Seven homeowners attended the meeting. During the
meeting, the WBMD manager emailed the following documents to the
seven homeowners who attended the meeting:
